ABOUT US

The Scottish Leaders Forum (SLF) offers opportunities for leaders to come together, to connect, to learn and to collaborate, so we can continue to tackle the critical challenges our communities and our public services are facing.

The SLF is a forum of over 375  senior public service leaders (public, third and private sector) who are working together in a uniquely cross-system, peer-to-peer setting, sharing the common purpose of improving outcomes, delivering public value and advancing the ambition set out in Scotland’s National Performance Framework.

The Forum is chaired by the Chief Executive for the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) and the Scottish Government’s Director General for Strategy and External Affairs. They are supported by a Strategic Steering Group (SSG), whose members are drawn from across the SLF membership.

The SLF offers opportunities to learn about ‘what’s working’ in terms of reform and leadership, offers space to build collaborative relationships with shared purpose, encourages joint working and the sharing of resources whilst connecting leaders to a range of leadership and learning opportunities across Scotland and beyond.
