The concurrent challenges of the pandemic, EU exit and climate change continue to test our leadership skills and highlight the importance of making the time and space to support our individual and collective resilience.  We have identified a number of coaching and wellbeing offers that are available to senior leaders in Scotland.

 Coaching for Wellbeing is a digital coaching service for all health and social care staff working in Scotland. The service is managed by NHS Education for Scotland and more information and a short video describing the service can be found here  and an information pack is also available. 
ACOSVO is leading on providing peer support for chief executives and senior leaders in Scotland’s Voluntary Sector. They host free online meetings on a monthly basis for any voluntary sector Chief Executives and senior leaders who would like to participate.  They also offer the Leader Support Service a free, confidential package aimed specifically at providing support to third sector Chief Officers who are experiencing difficulties.  For cross sector support, leaders from public and private sectors can be matched with third sector leaders in a leadership exchange .    
 Solace Scotland’s Emergency Coaching & Mentoring provides a programme of national coaching and mentoring aimed at Local Government Chief Executives, Directors, and professional leads working directly on managing the response to Covid 19 in Scotland.
 Collective Leadership Scotland are offering a new programme that builds from their successful One Thing at a Time Programme, focussed around Renewal.  These will be offered from September 14 – November 6 more information can be found at:
